- On March 20, Alba LLP partner Yuliya Sushchenko delivered a lecture on venture investments for startups in the HTP Accelerator program. The discussion covered early-stage investment specifics, convertible instruments, and equity investments. The lecture was supplemented with practical exercises to reinforce understanding.
- On March 29, Yuliya was invited as an expert to the intermediate pitch session of HTP Accelerator startups. Together with other jury members, she evaluated the projects, highlighted their strengths, and pointed out areas for improvement. Participants received practical advice on refining their products and business models. This exchange of experience helps startups adjust their strategies and move forward with greater confidence.
- On April 14, Alba LLP partner Marina Golovnitskaya and senior associate Evgeny Budchenko will conduct a lecture on the legal aspects of intellectual property management for startups.
