Professional highlights

Development of legal regulation. Assistance to the team in advising clients based on analysing the current regulation is a major part of an assistant lawyer’s work. In my opinion, however, it is equally important to take a forward-looking view and strive to improve the existing legal system and adapt regulations to the changing business realities. As a member of the team, I participated in the development of a legal regulation that aims to develop the legal environment for venture capital financing.

Interaction with startups. Due to my experience of interaction with ZborkaLabs and some startups, I have a clear vision of their demands, goals, and concept of work. It allows to effectively assist  effectively assist the team in solving startup tasks.

Increasing the team visibility. Investing in brand development and applying marketing strategies correctly helps to create sustainable competitive advantages. I promoted the firm at educational institutions, business associations, and participated in the preparation of publications on topical legal issues, including for such a major news source as WTR Daily.

• Assistance in advising a major construction company regarding the matters of formalising transactions in relation to non-completed and ongoing construction, as well as possible tax and legal consequences of entering into such transactions.
• Assistance in providing legal services to one of the largest official automobile dealers in Belarus.
• Helping the team in providing legal support to a large IT-company during the legal entity liquidation process.
